At Sarkkart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Window

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a compatibility issue with your vehicle

Product Condition

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • The product must be in the original packaging

Opening Video

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This helps us verify any damage or wrong item issues faster.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Sarkkart.
  • If the return is due to compatibility issues, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Replacement & Refund

Our policy follows Replacement First:

  1. We will first attempt to replace the product.
  2. If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Sale & Discounted Items

Discounted or sale items cannot be returned except if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
